Challenge

Making organizational culture tangible.

Terranum needed to take its culture and sustainability values beyond words: real pieces that employees and partners could use, read, and gift.

The brief: a corporate visual system — internal branding, editorial pieces, merchandise, and executive kits — coherent with the identity and its sustainability achievements.

Approach

One system, many surfaces.

We defined a warm, consistent visual language that applies equally to a notebook, a calendar, an executive kit, or a garment — the same voice at every touchpoint.

The executive kits were conceived as experiences: engraved wooden boxes with leadership messages, curated contents, and details that create connection.

Institutional communication supported the organization's sustainability achievements — including its LEED certifications — with display-ready pieces.
